The factors of choosing nozzles is flow, pressure, spray angle, coverage, impaction, temperature, material, application , in these factors , they may mutual involvement, also restrict to each other. Usually, flow and pressure is proportional to the relationship as well as spray angle and coverage ranges. The purpose of any nozzle is in order to maintain continuous slot liquid contact with work-piece, and flow is more important than pressure. Liquid temperature doesn’t affect nozzle’s spray performance, but it can affect viscosity and proportion of weight, as well as the choice of material.. The material of nozzles should be according to slot liquid chemical property to confirm, as to non corrosive slot liquid also can be in line with the processing difficulty or easy, bronze casting or plastic compression. In order to prevent corrosion, can use nonmetal material; strong corrosion to slot liquid can use nylon material; for phosphate nozzle material, generally use stainless steel of resistance to acid; preventing rust material also can directly choose stainless steel or nylon.

If you want to get certain impact nozzles, you should choose small angle, the best is liquid column flow. Flat fan nozzles suitable for cleaning, degreasing , cooling and other applications; cone nozzles suitable for rinsing, phosphate , coating, pre-treatment, humidifying, dust removal, etc ; in the cylinder of storing paint and tank, should install venture nozzle of mixing, “H” type is mixing nozzle(also called venture nozzles), tank liquid certain pressure and lead crossing be suction liquid to 1:4 flow together and mixed diffusion jet out, reach the mixing effect of solution and without air ,and prevent the producing of sediment, because stir ensure uniformity mixing of chemical solution.
