Strapping Introduction

Strap is used to secure bundles of product especially for shipping and storage. It’s not only can extends the life of the product by keeping it safe and protected during shipping or storage, but will also can free up space by keeping like materials together in neat bundles for easy location and retrieval. Polypropylene strap is an economical material designed for light to medium duty unitizing, palletizing and bundling. It is available in various widths, thicknesses, and polymer variations (e.g., copolymers). Some polypropylene is embossed or printed. This product offers higher elongation at break but tends to have irrecoverable dead stretch with constant stress. What is not generally known to end users is that polypropylene strapping will lose about 50% of the applied tension within one hour, and that this tension loss is accelerated with increases in ambient temperature, consequently although suitable for packs with a degree of stored energy that will take up any relaxation that occurs in the strap, unacceptable strap slackness may occur after time if used on product that is 'Solid' such as bricks or concrete. Furthermore, polypropylene strapping is susceptible to UV degradation and can quickly degrade if left outside exposed to the elements. The sensible choice of color will retard the process, such as specifying black strap. Similarly, a UV inhibitor can be specified.

Polyester strapping is the strongest plastic strapping material of the two (polyester vs. polypropylene). The highest initial tension can be applied and retained over a longer period of time compared to other plastic strapping materials. Polyester is also available in machine grade and is very easy to recycle. 
Steel Strapping
Typical applications are unitizing compressed fiber bales, securing heavy steel coils and open top railcar and trailer loading. High Tensile strapping provides more footage per coil than heavy duty sizes of comparable break strength.

It looks good. It is just like the newest product. The transparent pp strap is not only super long, but also lighter. On the other hand, the pp strap mixes with recycle PP or lime. It will be translucent. The color is not fresh. When you compare it with the transparent pp strap, you can easy to see the difference. The weight of the pp strap will be heavier than the transparent one as well. In other word, Polypropylene straps at same size and same weight, the length of the translucent pp strapping will be shorter than the transparent one.

Secondly, the quality of the pp packing straps is based on the degree of the materials. PP strap with pure pp material, their tension strength and quality is best.

Hotkey: F3, it is available only under AUTO mode. This button is only available when power-off, E-stop, or when user presses (STOP) button during water jet cutting machining process. If user can insure the accuracy of work piece coordinate, user can press this button to continue machining. If not, please go back to the reference point first and restart the water jet machining. This function can also be applied to simulation mode.
(SIMULATION)

Hotkey: F4, it is available only under AUTO mode. Simulation function provides user with a fast but lifelike simulation environment. Load a processing file, press(Simulation) button and then press (START) button on the operation panel, water jet cutting system will carry out simulation automatically system., but more advanced. Press down the button, system will pop up an “EXECUTE(ADVANCED OPTIONS)’”dialog box, as shown in Fig. 5-21/ Choose start position and end position in current machining program, then click “OK” button, the machine tool will carry out the selected block as requirement. This function can also be used for simulation.

(HANDWHEEL)

What Is a Heat Pump?

A heat pump is a device that transfers thermal energy from a heat source to a heat sink. Heat pumps can move thermal energy in a direction which is opposite to the direction of spontaneous heat flow. A heat pump uses energy to accomplish the desired transfer of thermal energy from heat source to heat sink.

How dose Heat Pump Work?

Heat pump system is an electrical device that extracts heat from one place and transfers it to another. The heat pump is not a new technology; it has been used in China and around the world for decades. Refrigerators and air conditioners are both common examples of this technology. Heat pumps transfer heat by circulating a substance called a refrigerant through a cycle of evaporation and condensation. A compressor pumps the refrigerant between two heat exchanger coils. In one coil, the refrigerant is evaporated at low pressure and absorbs heat from its surroundings. The refrigerant is then compressed en route to the other coil, where it condenses at high pressure. At this point, it releases the heat it absorbed earlier in the cycle.

Heat pumps are used to provide heating because less high-grade (i.e., low-entropy) energy is required for their operation, than appears in the released heat. Most of the energy for heating comes from the external environment, and only a fraction comes from electricity (or some other high-grade energy source). In electrically powered heat pumps, the heat transferred can be three or four times larger than the electrical power consumed, giving the system a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 3 or 4, as opposed to a COP of 1 of a conventional electrical resistance heater, in which all heat is produced from input electrical energy.

Different Types of Heat Pumps

There are 2 main types of heat pumps which you could install in your home.
1. Air heat pump. With air source heat pumps there is no need to dig, drill or have a large plot of land. Instead, the energy is collected directly from the surrounding air using an externally located air module. This can be located up to 30 meters from the outside of the building and is then linked to a heat pump unit which is located indoors for maximum efficiency.

2. Geothermal heat pump.
