General machinery parts output value has growth

China General Machine Components Industry Association has announced that General Machine Components Industry GDP grew only 6.4 percent last year, which is the lowest recent years, down from 12.1% in 2008. Association reported that the reason why fasteners and powder metallurgy industry has negative growth is that lack of market demand. Especially fasteners are suffered by the international anti-dumping, which caused export sales showed a downward trend.

However, China General Machine Components Industry Association believes that, the development of the industry has switched from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality and stable growth period. And “from the forecast analysis trend of economic development in 2013 at home and abroad, the industry should be better in 2013 than in 2012”.
