Solar heating systems


I. Overview of solar heating systems: solar heating system consists of solar collectors (flat plate solar collectors and vacuum tube solar collectors, u-tube solar collectors, heat pipe solar collector), water tank, connecting piping, control system and auxiliary material composition. Refers to distributed solar energy through a heat exchanger, converts solar hot water, hot water stored in a water tank, and then transported by water to the fever ends (for example: Radiant floor heating and radiator heating), provides building heating needs.

II. General requirements:

  Building roof or building can be placed next to the appropriate area of the solar collector.



  Installation of solar heating systems building, mainly towards the desirability to the South. Construction of figure and space combination to avoid installing the solar collector area and trees block the building itself and the surrounding facilities and shall meet the requirements of solar collector number with exposure to at least 4H days.

  System selection is the major consideration of the following factors: a. Solar Collector types; b. the system works, natural circulation or forced circulation, closed systems or open system; c. heat, directly or indirect systems; d backup heat source, electric heaters, gas boilers, coal fired boilers, biomass boilers, heat pumps, etc; e. material of pipes and water tanks.
