Hotkey: F1, it is available only under AUTO mode. Its function is to uninstall the loaded from NC Studio water jet system.
(BREAKPOINT RESUME)
Hotkey: F3, it is available only under AUTO mode. This button is only available when power-off, E-stop, or when user presses (STOP) button during water jet cutting machining process. If user can insure the accuracy of work piece coordinate, user can press this button to continue machining. If not, please go back to the reference point first and restart the water jet machining. This function can also be applied to simulation mode.
(SIMULATION)
Hotkey: F4, it is available only under AUTO mode. Simulation function provides user with a fast but lifelike simulation environment. Load a processing file, press(Simulation) button and then press (START) button on the operation panel, water jet cutting system will carry out simulation automatically system., but more advanced. To run a water jet cutting machining file under simulation mode, system will not drive the water jet cutting machine tool to do the relative actions, but only show the cutter race with high speed in the processing trace window. By simulation, user can know about water jet cutting cutter’s movement in advance, avoid damage (to the water jet cutting machine tool) which is caused by mistake in writing procedure, and get other additional information. By simulation, user can also know the machining information, which user can look over INFO function screen under POS function section.
(SELECT NPRECESSING)
Hotkey: F5, it is available only under AUTO mode. This function is used for program jump execution. Press down the button, system will pop up an “EXECUTE(ADVANCED OPTIONS)’”dialog box, as shown in Fig. 5-21/ Choose start position and end position in current machining program, then click “OK” button, the machine tool will carry out the selected block as requirement. This function can also be used for simulation.
(HANDWHEEL)
Hotkey: F6, it is available only ender AUTO mode. Press button (HANDWHEEL), user can control water jet cutting machine tool only by MPG; and then all of button on operating panel is invalid.
(Auto Back)
Hotkey: F7, it is available only ender AUTO mode. Press the button, a dialog “AUTO BACK” will pop up, and the water jet cutting machining program will be executed in reversed order. If user wants to change to Auto Forward or Stop state, please press the corresponding button on “Auto Back” dialog; if user closes the dialog, auto back state will be automatically substituted by auto forward state.

Plastic Straps

What Is a Heat Pump?
A heat pump is a device that transfers thermal energy from a heat source to a heat sink. Heat pumps can move thermal energy in a direction which is opposite to the direction of spontaneous heat flow. A heat pump uses energy to accomplish the desired transfer of thermal energy from heat source to heat sink.
How dose Heat Pump Work?
Heat pump system is an electrical device that extracts heat from one place and transfers it to another. The heat pump is not a new technology; it has been used in China and around the world for decades. Refrigerators and air conditioners are both common examples of this technology. Heat pumps transfer heat by circulating a substance called a refrigerant through a cycle of evaporation and condensation. A compressor pumps the refrigerant between two heat exchanger coils. In one coil, the refrigerant is evaporated at low pressure and absorbs heat from its surroundings. The refrigerant is then compressed en route to the other coil, where it condenses at high pressure. At this point, it releases the heat it absorbed earlier in the cycle.
Heat pumps are used to provide heating because less high-grade (i.e., low-entropy) energy is required for their operation, than appears in the released heat. Most of the energy for heating comes from the external environment, and only a fraction comes from electricity (or some other high-grade energy source). In electrically powered heat pumps, the heat transferred can be three or four times larger than the electrical power consumed, giving the system a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 3 or 4, as opposed to a COP of 1 of a conventional electrical resistance heater, in which all heat is produced from input electrical energy.
Different Types of Heat Pumps

1. Air heat pump. With air source heat pumps there is no need to dig, drill or have a large plot of land. Instead, the energy is collected directly from the surrounding air using an externally located air module. This can be located up to 30 meters from the outside of the building and is then linked to a heat pump unit which is located indoors for maximum efficiency.
2. Geothermal heat pump. Advantages: good air permeability, natural.
